Standard shipping is via Fedex Ground. Customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice. Most standard products ship within 2-5 business days. Larger orders require a longer production cycle, and we are happy to provide an estimated production time upon request. Shipping is free for standard products in quantities of 5 or more and is included in the posted price. Shipping charges apply to all custom orders and any standard products in quantities less than 5.

Our standard shipping method is Fedex ground shipping. You should receive your products within 5-10 business days from the day you order them. The estimated delivery time for custom products is approximately 7 - 21 business days.

Delivery is available to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional Shipping and Handling fees may apply to shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii. This fee will be quoted at checkout. We can ship most items to APO/FPO destinations. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within 5-10 business days of the day you order. We ship to a limited number of international destinations, including Canada and Puerto Rico, and try to accommodate other international requests as needed.

Samples

• Product samples are available. Simply purchase the sample item and if it does not meet your needs return the product. You will receive a full refund, less shipping. Exception: this does not apply to GranitePockets.
• GranitePocket color samples are available upon request at no charge
• Border/label color samples are available at no charge

Free "2" x 2" color chips are available for the aluma, granite, and plexi pockets.
